Founder & Board Chair
Rohini Ralby is not only the founder and Chair of the Board of Auxilium Worldwide, but also its chief strategist and guiding force. She oversees all activities, and is never afraid to roll up her sleeves and work – sometimes literally in the weeds and dirt. As an advisor and consultant, she has spent decades helping governments, companies, and individuals develop and implement strategies to resolve conflicts, find new avenues for service to the world, and foster harmonious and productive relationships. Whether directing international research across a range of projects, helping industry organizations navigate through global crises, or guiding journalists safely through conflict zones, Rohini discerns the underlying dynamics, removes obstacles, and identifies the optimal path forward.
Rohini completed her undergraduate study at Washington University in St. Louis and her graduate degree at Mills College. She has studied and taught Tai Chi Chuan for 50 years and has guest lectured at such institutions as Harvard, Tufts, MIT, and Johns Hopkins. She spent nearly a decade as a close personal disciple of Swami Muktananda Paramahamsa, serving as his Head of Security, Appointments Secretary, and Librarian, and traveling with him between India and the United States, as well as on his second world tour.
Rohini founded Auxilium Worldwide as a vehicle through which to take meaningful action in furtherance of global harmony.
